    im a KoRn fan straight up!! fieldy is a great bass player with a unique style of playing. i was wondering if ne 1 new what brand and style amp or amps he uses.

    yeah i know that i gotta watch what i say, but im not afraid if this gets to be a mess because of the fact im a KoRn fan.

    fieldy and there fans may not be liked around here, but im staying true to KoRn as a band in whole. if im not liked around here for being a fieldy fan then its something i have to live with, cause my mind is made about fieldy and KoRn, and its not changing.

    I know he used to have abunch of Hughes & Keffner 4x10 cabs and Mesa Heads.. but that was some years ago

    when fieldy used the hughes & keffner 4x10 cabs and the mesa boogie heads was back in 99 or early 2000. now he is ampeg all the way. i did alittle research since i posted this.

    Im not sure which organ in the body does it, but did you ever notice, that no matter how well you chew Korn, it comes back out whole again.

    Hey.. I came in nostalgia for a couple of awesome basses fieldy played in the Life Is Peachy era.. and started looking for pics in the web.. I saw this beauty [​IMG] .. I had seen that one on the MTV CRIBS.. I wonder if it still exists :rolleyes:

    in all truth fullness...why did he switch from hughes to ampeg....as anyone even heard a differnce or was that they endorsed him?

    maybe its just me but his tone isn't the best maybe its all that clankity clank....but i think he can play through any amp and still sound the same..just my $.02

    It's not just you. You can get any amp and cab to sound bad, and Fieldy seems to have perfected that. It doesn't matter what amps you got, you can make it sound like that easily.
