Figured it was about time...

I started a thread here. I been reading a ton and posting some for the past few days. Really nice forum. One small criticism. NO INTRODUCTIONS SECTION!! I know, it may seem petty, but my intro post is 1139 on the "Hey newbies introduce yourselves" sticky buried in the Misc section. Hmm....not too many replies yet. Actually ZERO.

Other than that this place is GREAT. Ton of info.(Search engine works well) Newbie here but old forum veteran so I know how to use the tools. I'm shopping for a new bass. I'm bassless at the moment. If you do manage to find my intro thread you'll read that I've been trying my hand at converting to a guitarist but realized I'll always be a bassist first, hack guitarist second. So be it. I can deal with that. Now the hard part. Deciding what to buy in the way of basses. I never owned a five string before and am seriously thinking about jumping in head first in that arena. My last bass was a MM Sterling that I just loved and stupidly sold. TBC's have caught my eye as have the CS Cirrus. Actually way too many to list. Need to get out and do some real shopping I suppose.
