filing away the B string bridge slot on a warwick

    Hi TBers, could any of you warwick owners whom have filed your B string slot to fit in a non-tapered b string tell me what size file to use.

    I do not have a file size recommendation but I have done this mod on all my warwicks. I have used a flat fine file. I used about 4 layers of masking tape over the wood as not to mar it. Just take your time and make even amount of files on each side to keep it even.

    a fine toothed "rat-tail" file
    that is the same diameter as your B.
