Here they are...
See that fiver on the far right? Yeah, that's the one I want. I'll give you $25. Come on, best deal you're going to get.
I got $26.
Sorry, $25 will buy you an Ibanez SG bass and $26 will cover the tax!
sweet looking basses Mr. D
Very nice, Mr Dead!
Give us a rundown on which basses are which model?
SWEET!!!! I has a four string in blueburst w/the SSD logo to. It was my first Spector. I shouldn't of sold it!!!!
Beautiful basses!!! Wait a minute, what's Nino doing here?I wasn't expecting him to post. What does he care about Spectors anyways.
Left- '97 NS5CRFM5 amber burst stain. It looks more honey color than true amber (and that's my preference)!
Center- '99 NS4CRFM plum stain ($899 special from Musicians Friend)!
Right- '96 NS5CRFM blue burst stain (this was my first baby)!!!
I'm glad I finally got to share these bases with all of you!
If I didn't know any better, I'd think I'm a major stockholder in the company!!!!
Hey wait, I don't know any better......
I am starting to get the feeling that this place could be unhealthy for my bank account.
Blame it on Nino!!! BTW,I've played some high end Spectors...whew...loved them!!!
I've got to hand it to you! You have one awesome collection! Congrats on amassing a harem of such fine lookin' ladies!
Whew, I thought I was going to take the fall for this! Always happy to pass on the blame!!!
RAM, you need to take part of this crime and post a pic of your beauty.
But remember, we're all guilty by association!!!
Wahoo. Nice looking as I'm sure they play and sound!!!
ZuluFunk, I think you need to post a pic of your Spector too!!!
Yeah, I probably should. You're not the first to ask.
Actually my little brother pulled out his digital camera a couple of weeks ago for such an event, but they came out horribly! My bass looks solid red (it's actually a red stain), and it's on a weird angle. I'll see if I can get a better one in a couple of days and post it then.
All I did was scan the photos taken by a throw away 35mm camera and as you can see they came out pretty well. So, if all else fails...
Here's some pics of a buddy of mine's Spectors. A '00 Czech in a natural gloss finish on the left and an '89 Kramer US in green stain on the right.
Since I'm taking the blame, I gotta post my babies again!!!! (Any excuse is a good one)
REX-2000 4 in blue Stain
NS-5 CR in solid black
Left to right: All USA
NS-2 in orange stain (Kramer)
NS-5 in nat oil finish
NS-4 in trans white (had to be refinished in blue stain) this was the 1st time Stuart did this color & it was chipping ALOT, so he refinished it to this:
