Finger Exercises

Discussion in 'Ask Mike Watt [Archived]' started by DeanMcKenzie, Dec 21, 2002.

  1. Hey Mike,

I was wondering if you knew of any helpful finger exercises which could help with finger flexibility. Any help would be much appreciated :)

    Sincerely,

    Dean

    dean,

I like squeezing on a soft ball. here's some links you can check out too:

of course, there's the old strategy of just going up and down on some scales and shaking your hands out every few minutes. you don't want to cramp up, you need to keep your hands relaxed and unstressed. improvement comes gradually but will come if you're persistent! good luck.
