I recently finished building my first proper bass rig, and I wanted to post here to give all of the great TB members who pushed me in the right direction a big THANKS!:hyper:

So, if you can't tell from the pic, from top to bottom I've got an SKB 8-Space Roto rack, and inside I've got a Furman M-8X2 Power Conditioner, a Tech 21 Sansamp RPM, a BBE 382i Sonic Maximizer, and a Crown XLS 602D power amp.

    Underneath, I've got a 1974-ish Ampeg V4 cab!

I took it with me to play pep band for the Timberwolves game at the Target Center on the 9th, and it sounded like THUNDER! :hyper:

Even though the look of that is fairly avante-garde, I really like it for some reason. I'd imagine it sounds something like rock n roll should.

You're just missing the 3 space drawer for your strings, pedals, black book, tuner and set list. :)

Actually, I'll probably put a rackmount tuner in sometime, and then possible one of those old Ibanez UE-405s or Roland SBF-325s that I've been eying up lately
