Firefox VS Internet Explorer VS Netscape

Funny, but so old that IE is starting to WHEEEEEEEZE instead of WEEEEEEEEEEE

 

I've been an IE user for years, but in recent months it has gotten slow and plagued with problems. I imported my bookmarks into Firefox and switched the default browser to Firefox. There are still some sites that work better with IE, but they're few and far between.

 

Meh, I chuckled.

Yeah, I haven't used that since I was in mid-primary school (8-10 years ago?)

 

I thought that piece of crap is in the trash like the Glove for playstation one.

 

Netscape is long dead. This video is 5 year old at least.

That video was made a long time ago... probably before Chrome was a twinkle in a megalomaniacal Google programmer's eye.

 

There's a Firefox add-on called IE Tab which lets you switch instantly to the IE engine within FF for any such site. It's neat.

 

It's very handy if you're working on designing a web site and you want to make sure it functions correctly in both browsers. I've caught many a potential goof-up with that plugin.
