first "expensive bass" what to get?

  1. in feb i will finaly have enouth cash to but my first £1000 bass i want a bass that looks amasing and sounds amasing i was thinking about a rickenbacker, maybe the new blueburst or the cheaper jetglo. has anyone got any other sugestions about a good "first good bass"?

    Well I dunno how much 1000 euros is in us $$, but I'd look into getting a lakland skyline, or a fender MIA jazz.

    The finish on that bass makes it look eerily similar to a honey nut cheerio.

    They were being sarcastic lol. Anyway, my reccomendation in that range would be a used Warwick Streamer Stage 1, damn I love those things.
