    Hello dudes and dudettes!

    My first report from NAMM:

Ned Steinberger has a new line of headless basses at NS Design. Very, very cool, with a great piezo system.

Andy Fuchs at Fuchs Audio has a 500, 1000 and now a 2000W tube bass amp. 2000? Super!

The single cut Brubaker Brute is incredible. Really.

I'll post pics when I can.

  2. A 2000w tube amp?
Will a mortgage on your house pay for retubing it in a few years time? :D
  3. Would be very interested in checking out a new Steinberger 5 string if it's made in the US like the originals...

The power amp stage of those are solid state. Still loud, but...

"The power amp stage is a fully protected state of the art design featuring Class-D "one Cycle" Digital Switch Mode Technology amplifier stage, with a conventional transformer based power supply."

Sounds interesting. I don't see anything on their website yet, unless I'm missing it, so pics would be cool.
