I dislike flavored coffee. A really good cup of coffee should taste like nothing other than coffee. And, it should be taken black -- without milk, cream, OR sugar.

What's that old joke about liking my coffee like I like my women?... ;) :D

With you all the way, soulgeezer!

Coffee is a black beverage. And I mean black, not dark brown.

I will have a latte occasionally, if my company does so. But anything else is an abomination. Particularly sugar. :spit:

Yuk! Flavored coffee is right up there with fruity beer. No thnx.

Cream and sugar OK, I guess. I usually drink mine black and strong. Sometimes black w/ a shot of espresso - mmmmmm!

i'll have a medium iced french vanilla extra extra please, just to piss you off.
  9. Japanese coffee > American coffee

I used to like Dunkin Donuts coffee a lot... that was until I went to Japan and had coffee at places like Excelsior Cafe, and Mister Donut.

At first the bitter taste threw me off.. but after one helping of that liquid sugar the coffee was incredible. I really should have bought coffee by the pound in Japan and stolen the liquid sugar packages with it.

So, this should have been a poll. But no, I can't stand flavored coffee. Lately I've been drinking dark Sumatran organic. Yummy!
  12. If it tastes good, it is good.

I'll take either. I don't like flavored syrup (Torani etc) in my coffee, but a little subtle hazelnut or vanilla is fine by me. Mostly I just have some unflavored Peet's coffee around, usually the Major Dickenson blend. Either way I don't use cream or sugar.

Hot and full of booze? ;)

    Dunkin Donuts, Large "regular" please

Never have been able to understand why anyone would WANT to add any flavor to their coffee, let alone actually DO it...

When I want coffee I want coffee, strong and black. I brought about 15 pounds of coffee back last time I was in Honduras goooooood stuff. Really strong but not think and bitter like most of the junk we drink.

Sometimes I want a sweet coffeesque drink so I'll have a latte or something like that. Rarely ever flavored coffee though.
