Flea's Bass on "you oughta know"???

    Anyone have ANY idea what bass Flea might have used to record "you oughta know" for alanis morrisette??? Amazing sound...

    The Modulus Flea didn't come out until long after that song hit. My guess is an Alembic, which Flea uses quite a bit in the studio.

    Now, why in the name of Munji are you listening to Alanis Morisette?!

    Yes Flea played on Deloused in the Comatorium...sounds like a Modulus to me

    Flea played on some of the recording of deloused... but Juan Alderete plays bass live and on most of deloused, as far as i understand.

    Flea used a vintage P bass on Deloused. Juan doesn't play on it at all. Just got Frances the Mute. Lots of good listening ahead!
