What are those strings that are (in)famous for being on the floppy side? I have been searching for perfect strings for me, and I have found out that most strings feel hard&harsh under my fingers. I like more "rubbery" and organic approach, perhaps one of those doublebasses with catgut strings would do the trick ;) But while I get there, what strings could I use on my electric?

Is it TI flats you're thinking of? I've never used them but they are supposedly quite flexible. For roundwounds, DR Hi-Beams are extremely flexible and smooth while still being extremely bright.
