I'm offically on my 7th pair... I've just robbed a couple pairs of their shoelaces, but that's another story.

Actually the multi-coloured ones that I have are from 1991!!

Fluevogs are built like tanks! real leather unless they tell you other-wise... the only thing is that they take FOR EVER to break in.

Oh man, how can you wear those scuffed up shoes out in public? If those were mine, they would be in the garbage.

I have a couple pair of RJ Colt's, and Bass boots that look as new as the day I bought them.

  14. if them red ones were black, id wear them, theyd be styling.

  15. I'd wear those in a heartbeat.

Fluevog make such excellent shoes. Yes, they take forever to break in, but the payoff is so worth it. I had to have my soles replaced once in 5 years' time, and they're still going strong.

There are a couple pairs I would like to have the sole replaced, glad they actually list the replacement sole on their website now.

yo Mon, did you get yours at the Newbury street location?

I have a pair too. I have your most recent ones with the flames. Mine have burgundy flames instead of red. They look bad as hell, however I never got used to the way the soles feel under my feet.

  18. In fact I did. I love that little sub-level shop. I dunno who was working there a few months back, but he had brought his lapdog with him, and it kept trying to bite me whenever I sat down... :D Napoleon complex... picked me up a pair of these:

yeah the red flame ones I got barely used on eBay for less than $25 shipped from Seattle!

The angel soles take little time to get used to them.

::attached:: are a pair of my saddle/buc Fluevogs that I got back in 1999. To this day, I haven't got used to the way they feel.
