The output jack of my Spector NS4CRFM is loose and doesn't hold the cable tightly.

I'm not familiar with electronics, so all I know is I need to use some kind of flush mount jack. What should I use?

  2. Pictures would help.

I googled a lot and it looks like I need a 2 inch stereo flush mount jack. The stock jack's length is 2" including the end prongs. I'll buy a Switchcraft jack to see if it fits.

Those still have a nut on their outer side. Though they can be hard to get at and are often less noticeable. Have you tightened it to see if that fixes it?
