Hi guys, I was wondering if any of you have flown recently with your bass.
my first question is: can I actually take the bass with me as hand bagagge?
second; I have one of those SKB cases that you can buy at any music store, are those strong enough to send through cargo?
thanks for your help in advance.

I did. They will either have to put it in the closet, or underneath the plane and you pick it up as soon as you get off the plane. ( check it out right before you get on ). Call the airline to amke sure though.

freedom hard shell case. It's a very sturdy case. I wouldn't put it on a plane unless you have a sturdy hardshell case. Rather be safe than sorry eh?
