Fodera Emperor Standard or Adamovic Saturn?

Interested to hear what others say. I’m in a similar boat!

 

It's got to be the Fodera. My brother used to own an Adamovic and whilst it was beautiful it sounded so bland and dull. I wouldn't take that chance.

 

Is this the famed fretless Jupiter? If so, I think Nikola replied about that to say it was not production-ready and he regretted selling it.

 

It is, although in truth I've heard plenty of other Adamovic basses that haven't wowed me at all. I guess they are just one of those brands that lack a great tone, at least to my ear. I'd be willing to give one a shot if it had great tone though.

 

That’s disappointing to hear! I still want to play one and make a decision, but stupid COVID keeps getting in the way of traveling to the Netherlands. Adamovic are certainly beautiful.

I havent heard of the second onem but the Fodera is ugly.
