Offering up my Fodera Imperial Elite Matt Garrison 6 String. Freshly cleaned and oiled the fingerboard along with adding some new Fodera Nickel strings. I learned a lot of things (about Fodera builds) after having owned this one. IMO - 33" Scale is the way to fly: B-string is money and the C-String and upper register are so warm and smooth - such an even presentation. Ebony board over (my normal preference for) Maple, and most importantly SMALL FRETS!. Sounds every bit as good as she looks; the range and tonal capability of this instrument is astounding! Hands down my favorite out of the seven I've owned and will surely be missed.

Fodera detailed and described it as follows: Walnut Body, Alder tone block, and an Ebony fingerboard. Tonally, this bass is warm, yet articulate with deep, punchy lows, slightly compressed mids, and clear, bell-like highs. With 33 inch scale length and 17.5mm string spacing, this compact instrument is incredibly comfortable to play for hours on end.

This bass also features a unique and gorgeous 3-piece top made from Bolivian Rosewood and Ebony, as well as an Ebony pickup covers, and two Ebony ramps to allow for the customer's preferred playing style.

    My thanks to all!
Bias aside, it really is an outstanding instrument... best sounding/playing Fodera that I've tried or owned to date.

Folks, thank you for all of the interest and inquiries. I’ve accepted a deposit, and consider this to be sold pending the scheduling of a local meet up to finalize the deal.

Hate to rub it in, but you guys missed out!
