Folding Bar/Pub Stool?

Discussion in 'Miscellaneous [BG]' started by Joe Louvar, Mar 23, 2013.

  1. I’m looking for a well made (lightweight, yet strong) affordable (if possible under $100?) “Folding Bar/Pub Stool“ (metal legs with backrest (* no arm rest), standard height, "padded might be nice - yes, no?") for some relaxed setting performances - does anyone have any experience, recommendations, link? Thank you.

  3. I’m in Santa Rosa, CA USA. Hmm, that looks worth checking out. I never heard of "Canadian Tire", I’ll see if I can locate one nearby. Thank you.

LOL Canadian tire in cali , very funny.

Ikea has exactly what you describe .the cost of the overwhelming mouse maze BS may be prohibitive though.

I'd shop for a vintage used stool with a padded seat , they're everywhere.

  5. Last night a good friend gave me a new little 24” folding metal padded bar stool - no back support, but it’s still nice so I’m happy. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions.

I just went over to CT and picked one of these up. It's a very cool and comfortable stool. It's well made and very light. mMy only wish is that it be about 4" taller.

But for $20.00 Cdn, you can't go wrong.

  7. Way cool. I’m guessing it’s 24” tall? The next standard stool height is 30”. I wish there was a CT here.
How do you like the back support, is it comfortable - as in, is it tilted back a little appose to straight up or and etc?
