For My 1,000th Post...

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by MikeyFingers, Mar 4, 2006.

  1. I tried to think of something cool to do with my 1000th post, but I couldn't think of anything. So here's a tribute to my favorite fretless bass ever: Carl Thompson's "Ten Million Dollar Bass"
Something about this bass, I don't know....it just looks so perfect. The colors, the choice of woods, the way they all go together, the insane attention to detail (look at the scroll), the way he makes something that is essentially very simple in design look so incredible. Visually speaking, this is by far the most beautiful bass I've ever seen.

Now this thread isn't simply meant to say "look at this nice bass, isn't it nice?". I want yall to post a picture of the most udderly perfect bass you can find.

    oh yeah..one more thing.....
