There some Fords in the '90s with color-shift paint. It was a thing for a minute. Not to the extent of that bass, though. Depending on where you stood and the light, it was greenish, bluish or this weird rose color. This is a '95 T-Bird.

 

Martin did an acoustic guitar with the color shift paint, maybe 15 years ago or thereabouts.

 

I used to have a PRS Custom 22 with color changing paint. It was blue if your tilted it one way and green if you tilted it another. Howard Leese from Heart owns it now.

 

Yep, and Ford limited it to the Cobra Mustangs at the time. They called the paint "Mystic". Here's a good example:

 

I once had a G&L L-2000 that I had custom-painted exactly like this.
