    THE AMP IS SOLD!!!
    Up for sale is my Aguilar DB728 Power amplifier. It is in phenomenal shape with very few hours on the tubes.
    I purchased this amp from Fellow TBer Psycho Funk which bought this from Todd Vanselus from Basstasters.com about a year ago. Todd had this serviced and retubed by Aguilar before selling to Psycho Funk (BOB), so it is in tip top shape.
    The price is $1450 Shipped and insured or Best Offer.

    The amp really is a monster tonally and contrary to popular belief not really that heavy.

    Just curious ... is it one of the original ones with banana (5-way) terminals or the newer version with speakons?

    I have a DB728 paired with a DB680 preamp and it is probably my nicest sounding amp.

    I really WANT this. But then I'd have to buy a new cab as well. Hmmmmm. My wife would kill me.

    Well it has Speakon outs, is that what you're referring to?

    Yes, but I suppose that depends upon your definition of the word "just". :D

    Well by that I meant I would have to get a preamp on top of it. By no means was I trying to cut down this Aggie. They are the king of the jungle. :D

    Yes the sale is for the power amp only. I've been playing it straight in without a power amp and she is clean, loud and thick though. You may have good results doing it that way if you like "clean" tone...:)
