    I need to thin out my collection - I'm looking for a Warwick (or very very similar!) 5 or 6 string fretless (quality de-fret no problem) and am looking to sell or trade the following instruments to get one!

    1 Godin BG5 Fretted 5 string in OHSC, strung low B, active EMG soapbars & preamp, schaller bridge & tuners. Recently set up by Godin, bass built in 97, very clean with 3 or 4 tiny dings here & there from home use. Color is "Cinnamon Brown" (see lasido web site), wood is maple throughout with a carved top. Excellent B string, very good player, sweet top end. $550 OBO

    2 Cort Artisan A5, fretless tobaccoburst 5 string currently strung E-C. Wenge neck, unlined, Swamp Ash body, black hardware. Cort pickups & electronics removed & replaced with Seymour Duncan Active Soapbars and passive tone control by previous owner. Nice little fretless but not the sound I'm looking for. Comes in gigbag. $300 OBO

    3 Washburn AB25 ABG, Piano Black, cream binding, 5 string strung E-C with Schaller De-tuner. Beautiful-looking instrument, Washburn under saddle pickup has been replaced with L R Baggs ribbon transducer but it needs a new Baggs hi-gain pre-amp to finish the job. 1" x 1/4" perspex strip set into fingerboard between nut & 1st fret - I have no idea why! Doesn't affect playing at all...truly the Rolls Royce of Porch Basses :) OHSC, $350 OBO
