    I thought thunderbirds had good tone?? :confused:

    everyone says some mumbo-jumbo about an "upright" vibe. Whatever, I hate Gibson anyway. Theyre a guitar player's guitar company :D

    That looks like a Spector REX 2000/5 with crown inlays.

    Actually, Spector built Nikki Sixx a "Spector" Thunderbird back in '90 at the end of the Kramer Era. He used that bass on the Dr. Feelgood recording. I'm not much of a Thunderbird fan but I must admit that was a sweet bass!
