Forthcoming NBD! Squier Bass VI

Hey Guys,

On Saturday I finally made cured some of my GAS and preordered the new Squier Classic Vibe Bass VI. It will be black with a tort pickguard and I will post photos as soon as it's in my bass deprived hands.

So, I've read a bit online about the older VM series and some of the recommendation therein (flipping the bridge, changing the strings, listening to the Cure, etc.). Is there anything else you guys would recommend to ensure that I get the most out of my first new bass in 10 years?
