Found my stolen bass on Craigslist. What do you recommend I do?

    Assuming you can confront the person and they will just give up the bass is silly. Among other things, he/she may have bought it.

    What would you do if some guy came up to you and said "hey, that's my bass. Give it back"?

    Anyway, really glad you played it cool and were reunited with it. Most of the time you can get a fairly accurate read on people 1 on 1 in person, as you did.

    Yeah. Nice guy. Older guy that knows gear and probably shops pawn stores and flips gear.
