The GF found this in a bin at a wholesale buyout place for $3. I'm figuring it's a power supply for a pedal train. I don't use any effects. Totally out of my wheelhouse here, but is that correct? It has a power cable and the output cables. Appears unused. No paperwork in the box. Just wanting to be sure it is what I think it is before eBay listing. Google has not helped at all. TIA
