Any experience with either? What would be best on a Warmoth Precision bass?

I had a Gotoh 201. I wasn't impressed; went back to a Fender vintage bent plate. My Warmoth has a Fender vintage bent plate as well as the one I reinstalled on my Fender.
    YMMV

Unless you’re going for a different look, I would just go with a Fender bent plate with threaded saddles. It’s simple and it gets the job done. I’ve had the Hipshot Vintage, and it’s a fine bridge, but I think it’s overpriced for what it does.

I, personally, haven't noticed any difference in sound when I added my Gotoh 510BR. I mainly added it because 1) I was looking for a black bridge, 2) changing strings was way easier with this model, and 3) found it cheap for $40!
