Franken Bass Design

    I'm turning my johnson into a frankenbass. Painting it black and im gonna have florescent green knobs. Th only problem im having, is how I'm going to design the pick gaurd, I want a Frankenstein cartoony head for the pickgaurd but I'm not very good at drawing, could someone draw something up for me?

    FYI: Fluorescent green knobs are increasingly hard to find, I was going to rebuild a hot pink Kramer Stryker like Vai's Jems with black pickguard, pink pickups and green knobs. Guess what...the knobs go for around $60.00 per set. :eek: Ouch.

    that pic kicks butt, I plan on buying some plastic knobs and spray painting them green

    I think that will be the last part of the bass I have done. It is going to be expensive to get someone with skill to paint it, and I don't want to blow cash on pretty instead of function and overall sound.
