Yes free, not a gift though & I guess not totally free--but a reward/thank you for several years of service.
I go to choose from a variety of things--and with a music section & a Fender Rumble 40 as an option
(And one of the gear ideas floating around in my head was getting something better than my Traynor TBM10 (which I do like--it has served me well and is a reliable, useful practice amp) and something smaller & lighter than my large Garnet stencil bass amp)--well this seemed a no brainer.
The other options had potential--but this one was the best choice.
It was delivered yesterday--I wasn't expecting it until after Christmas.

Free is always good, that freebie looks worthy. Congrats!

It was nice timing certainly--and not having to buy it is cool.

Here it is with my Traynor TBM10 for comparison.
    It's bigger than the TBM10--but lighter--(And louder)

Looks nice. I played through a Rumble 25 last night for Xmas caroling. It was plenty loud for the occasion, and I was pleased with the tone quality.

    I'm liking it a lot.
    Good tone--rumbles & booms.
I like the Vintage switch--it suits a lot of things I do.
