Dear GOD i hate these things. I have to use a couple raisers under my feet to get deep enough (as i sprained my ankle a few months back and it still doesnt have the full range of movement). But these things, gah! Currently I cant walk up and down stairs without falling over because it feels like my thighs are fading in and out, but thats a good sign, means they are totally exhausted! But still, damn it i hate these things!
