I bought this bow about 1970. It is stamped “W. German” and “Reichel.” Mostly used on a Rauner 3/4 bass while studying classical at the college level. Gives a focused sound with a defined pitch.

It appears to be Pernambuco; I see no signs of an applied stain. It has an ebony frog, nickel or nickel-silver mount and screw (not very shiny), mother of pearl button and at the heel, leather grip, and the winding is lacquered black/white (I have not tested it to know if this is real or faux) baleen wrap. It is a full heel, fully lined, round stick, 28 1/2“ length and weighs 136g haired.

    No case.

No returns accepted; sold as-is. Price includes US postal ground to CONUS. Will ship it faster or carrier rate at your cost. Or you can come to the studio to play and pay and take it then.
