fret buzzing on MIM Fender Jazz

The 13th Fret on the G string of my MIM Fender standard jazz bass, is basically..just buzzing and the note isn't that clear unless I press rather hard.

The 12th fret and the 14th fret on the same string take less pressure 2 make the note clear.

The action is low, and i'm just wondering is it something to with the strings, how the action is set or should I take it to the shop and get something done about it??
