Fretless Peavey Foundation neck

    Not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot (I'm sure someone will let me know). Anyways, picked up a Franken-Peavey. It's got a Fury 4 body, with a fretless Foundation neck on it. I've been mulling over keeping it as is, however, decided I'd try to "get her right". So, I'm on the lookout for a Fury 4 neck. Not sure if anyone has any idea where I could find one, or if you have a hankering to have a spare fretless neck to slap on your fretted Foundy- I'd even swap necks. I suppose it would be like having a spare barrel for your rifle. The guitar, as is, is great for those Pink Floyd tunes, but (at least for me) that about my limit in regards to a fretless bass.

    Any advice would be appreciated. Here is what she looks like:

    I have a Peavey bass with a Fury Body and a fretless Foundation neck. And.....we are not the only ones who have this.

    I didn't think it was unique, just wondered if anyone on the forum knew where could track down a Fury neck. I've got a couple of Foundations already. I've been looking for a Fury neck for a while now...heck even a beater Fury w/a decent neck. However, no luck. I figure many eyes and ears out there might help me locate one, Old Fart. Thanks.

    I know it has been four months since the last post but if you are still interested I stumbled across this thread because I have a fretted black with maple neck fury and I would like a cheap fretless. Do you still have any interest in a possible trade?

    Actually, that particular fretless made it's way into the hands of a local bass player. Hated to see it go, but glad it's getting some stage time. However, shoot me a pic of that bass if you're still looking to trade it or sell it.

    ...I have a fever and the only prescription is more Peavey....
