  5. I love my Godin A4 Fretless, but that starting bid is waaaaay to high!

A fretless semi-hollow Godin is not really that interesting.
  7. Probably because you haven't played one yet. ;)

I miss my fretless A4... :crying:

    They are wonderful basses.
  9. Yup, for that price, you can get a brand new one... Just ask Gard!
  10. Are they loud enough to practice unplugged? On my semi-hollow spector, I love the tone (amplified or not), but it's too quiet to play unplugged even with the tone chambers.

I had the older acoustibass 4 string fretless and I never liked it, it had a thin supertrebly sound, awkward neck, the eq was terrible and it had the worst neck dive.
  12. Yes, but not enough to play with an acoustic guitarist (like a lot of so-called "acoustic" bass guitars).
  13. Ah, I see, I see, thank you. That's what I was curious about.

I'm not saying it's not a great bass, just that it's not that impressive that there's one on eBay. It's comparable to saying: "MusicMan Stingray on eBay!"
  15. Oops! OK! :)
