I need to make some money back to pay for my recent splurges. This is an early 90's Stingray with a lined Moses graphite neck. I bought it from a TB'er a couple years ago but don't remember his name/handle. He said it was once Dan Lakin's personal bass back when Lakland was just a dream. It's in really good shape - there's just light scratching in one small spot on the back near the neck plate and one really tiny ding in the finish on the 'belly contour'. I don't think it even shows up in the pictures. The grain is really nice with some random little birdseye's. The neck is starting to show some signs of wear, but I couldn't imagine it ever needing to be replaced (unless you want to put a fretted neck on there?). The setup is perfect IMO, you get tons of mwah and lots of tonal options with that preamp. It's strung with almost dead Fender tapewounds right now - it's easy to get a 'fake' double bass sound out of it. Ships in the black hard case - I'd like to get $800 + shipping. I don't own a digital camera and whenver I borrow one I always take really terrible pictures but here goes...
