From Fender Bassman 60/100 or Ampeg Rocket 50/100

Due to my bands practice schedule, my Fender Bassman has ended up unused for the most part. I still love its tone, but it's too small for me to take on the road, and it doesn't get used at home.

Since I like it's tone, I was thinking that if I bumped it up to the Bassman 60 or 100 I could possibly get a similar tone, and enough volume to play in a small venue.

But I have also played the Ampeg Rocket 50 and 100 amps. They sound pretty cool. Definately different. But cool. I was surprised that they were all tube! They are very compact also which is a plus! Also, they are roughly the same price.

In any case, for a small room... lets say 50 to 100 people... For rock music, what amp you would select and why? Thanks very much!!
