Hey John...yeah, it just wasn't loud enough for what I want to do. Gonna save some cash and look for a more powerful tube amp.

    Where are you located?

Tell us about the custom cabs? Same dimensions as the Sunn cab? Ported? Tuned?

Were those JBL 140's in there?

Sorry I didn't post enough info. I just listed this before I went out last night. I'm in Los Angeles. The dimensions are 24x24x16. Original SUNN 115 cabs are 24x24x15. Perfect dimensions if you wanted to load something like a JBL E130. I don't think you could fit an E130 in a SUNN 115 cab (not deep enough). The cabinet is slot ported on the bottom. I have no idea about tuning but the guy I bought these from here in LA used JBL's and had no issues. I put some K140's in and they sound sweet. Hope this helps? I'm at work now but I'm hoping to be able to take some pictures of the interior of the cabs and post them tomorrow. Whoever buys these will truly NOT be disappointed...

I believe the Sunn cab would have come stock with a D140F. I don't believe the E is deeper than the D or K.

I know. I'd love one of those. Not very easy to find though. Besides I've fallen back in love with my Acoustic gear :)

Sunday bump for some good quality cabinets. The grill cloth has a cool vintage Fender vibe to it.
