1985 G&L L-1000. Made during Leo Fender's tenure at the helm before his death. Solid black body, black crinkle bridge, rear mounted controls, black crinkle cavity cover, black knobs, rosewood fretboard and bi-cut neck. Neck has that familiar F*nder P-Bass width. Has the "Leo Fender" gold foil sticker on the neck plate.

Light "mojo" to bass body; few marks to rear and front of body, nothing through the finish except a small chip below the bass knob that has been colored in black (hard to see). Definitely nothing out of the usual for a bass of this vintage. Plays great, sounds FANTASTIC! Great big bottom end, bass boost, single coil/humbucker mode, series/parallel switch.

    Comes with original Tolex case.
