Purchased new in 2009. Excellent condition. Bass has upgraded Joe Barden pickups ( joebarden.com ) and John East U-Retro active on board pre amp ( east-uk.com ). Original preamp and pickups are included as are original user kit, new set of Black Label stainless steel strings, complete set of oem tuners, and rock case ata style hard case. Continental U.S. Only.
    $2950 + actual shipping charges.
Bass is located in Rochester, MN and could be picked up locally. More pics to follow.

This is the best playing and balanced 5 string you will find. You get the awesome warwick growl plus a little more tonal diversity with the upgraded electronics.

This bass was lightly used, never gigged with and has 2 very light scuff areas that buffs out when it's freshly waxed.

Thanks sleevey. It is a incredible sounding and playing 5ver. Hard for me to let her go but just can't keep her anymore.

I'm curious about how the Barden pickups has changed the tone. Is it less Warwicky sounding now?

I would describe it as more even and open sounding. Compared to the mec pups it's a little less compressed sounding, which I preferred. It still sounds like a thumb. It's not a radical difference.

The only partial trade consideration would be a stingray H.

I should mention I am looking for a 4 string stingray with the three band eq, not the classic. Partial to maple fret board. Love the sun bursts and black.
