    SOLD!!!
FS: 2010 Fender American Deluxe Jazz bass, Sunburst. A/P switch, 21 frets.

It's actually a DZ9... serial, but it's the 2010 American Deluxe Jazz bass with 21 frets and string-thru body. It is in beautiful condition. Not really played much at all. 9.8 / 10 condition. Beautiful burst colors and matched woodgrain.
18 volt, Active / Passive switch.

Custom made new Tort pickguard included! I paid about $90 for the pickguard alone. Original black pickguard included as well. The "tug bar" is just stuck to the pickguard with double sided tape. NO screw holes! The screws are just short screws glued into a solid wood custom made tug bar. It's just for that "late 60's" look.

The bass also has Fender authorized partial shielding in the cavity done by an Authorized Fender tech.

Like new original case, and all the untouched case candy included as well. It will ship out in the original Fender shipping double boxes. I bought this bass new in early December, broke my hand late December, didn't touch the bass for almost 2 months, then recently started using it. Never gigged.

The bathroom scale says it weighs 9.0 lbs. +/- .2

(Please note that the "Contour Body" decal on the headstock is no longer on the bass. That was just a thin decal I applied that removed easily.) I have another, if you want one though. :)

$1250 shipped within the continental U.S. Paypal preferred.

Sorry, NO trades. I'm only selling this beautiful bass because I found the older black/maple Jazz I've been looking for.

    Replied. Sorry for the delay.
Sorry, I can't sell the Tort guard. It's now part of this beautiful bass. It's supposed to resemble a 1969 Jazz on steroids. :D
Custom made from WDMusic from a tracing.
