For Sale is my LM5 Deluxe. It is all kinds of fabulous and so, I'll skip the flowery prose and just say that it is the game-ending LM5 Deluxe for those in the market for such things. I'll not seek profit on this one, just need to break even - $3800 shipped SOLD - THANKS FOR LOOKING! (price is firm and trade value is negotiable, but higher) - is exactly what I paid for this beauty and the Fender HSC it shipped in. FYI, it is the original smaller NYC body that's much more desirable than the bigger California (for most folks, anyway) mated to the new one piece neck Making this a best of both worlds AC LM5 Deluxe. May consider trade for Fodera 5-strings in 34" scale/19mm spacing, Sadowsky Will Lee NYC 5'ers, and Baer Cabs... +/- $$$ as needed... Weight is just over 10 lbs using my reasonably accurate digital scale - the LG5's as most AC fans know are heavier, generally, than the LG5 series given the dense Ash Jimmy uses for these bodies. Still, it balances well on a strap and is not much more weight than my AC Resurrection 5, which is Alder body. Quite comfortable, actually... Condition: Normal playwear and evidence of use (small impressions on body corner @ the neck pocket, couple of small surface scratches and finish haze on the back - finish is poly and very durable - nothing breaks the finish). Pickguard has some light scratches and a very minor crack at the screw nearest the volume knob. It is structurally integral and barely noticeable. All of this just mentioned for full disclosure - nothing egregious as far as overall wear - I'll call it excellent condition overall. Plays like a dream as you'd expect. Setup perfectly with low action. Neck is smooth as silk and is fast with a superb shape typical of AC 5'ers. A very fine instrument! Pix (iPhone 4S pix, so bear with the quality - bass is even more stunning in person): My Best, Mike

It doesnt get any better than this folks original and much more comfy IMO NYC body style mated to the one piece skunk stripe neck the tone is pure 70's funk.If I wasnt after a pre CBS J bass she wouldnt have gone anywhere dont hesitate on this one.
