Well I have spent a very painful 24 hours deciding what to cull. I need to make some room.

I have an as-new Fender Jazz in Antigua. They were limited runs to 250 according to a Fender rep, but I also read 350. They are OOS at Fender so they are disappearing quickly. Feel free to do some research.

Yes it's MIM. Read the reviews. It got raves. It sounds amazing.

Why am I cutting this one if it sounds so great? I am playing in a classic rock project and I can't put my stupid P's down.

It is literally new. Factory box, gig bag, hang tags, the works. Save yourself 50-100. I'll go 625.00 shipped to lower 48 only.

Before someone asks, the only trade I would consider at this time is a Lakland Skyline 4 or 5. I would be willing to add a little cash but probably not enough to make you happy. So, if you're willing to take a beating on a Skyline that you got at a fire sale, fantastic.

If it doesn't sell, I'll happily keep it.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. Thanks for looking.

    You forgot the fourth B...Beer!

Nice bass, a matching headstock would be cool on these I think.

I'll vouch for antiguas, Great basses.

I have the P.....Ol'scooled. And it is a GREAT piece.

His price is outstanding for a new Jazz Antigua.

Am I the only one who wished they made some with Rosewood fingerboards?

You guys are killing me ! I was howling ! The TB brotherhood does rock !

Yes I did go with my personal top three. I apologize for forsaking beer and relegating it to 4th. If you put pen to paper and try and replace any of the top three however, you will understand the futility of the situation.

All PM's responded to. The trade bait did make me drool. I must stay focused !

    Still available.

I went with my top 3. In OCD alpha order Bacon, Basses ( a gimme) and well you know. Bacon is life itself , people. LIFE !

Bee is arguably 4th as I have scotchie scotch to fall back on. Butts are 5th.

PM's responded to. Still available. Thanks for the bumps everyone. I'll leave this up for a few more days and if no interest, stash it. I love the thing so wont be crushed if it stays.

Any idea of weight on this jazz? Thanks

I don't have any accurate way to weigh it, other than the infamous bathroom scale bass around neck.

I can tell you that being an old guy, I have both shoulder and back problems and am therefore more weight sensitive than most. The bass is comfortable and I never recall even thinking about the weight.

It is lighter than my Highway One Jazz w BA bridge and 10 pounds of sparkle paint if that helps.

I'll step on the scale tonight so we have a wild idea. I can assure you that it aint a Gibson Les Paul bass. :p
