    SOLD

This is the now discontinued Avatar 1X15" cab with a couple major upgrades.

First is the EMINENCE MAGNUM-15HO 15" HIGH-OUTPUT DRIVER. You can check it out here: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?PartNumber=290-580&DID=7

Second is the vastly improved crossover made by Gary Avrett (LoveThatBass). This crossover makes a BIG difference...you can check out comments in this thread: http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=160091

Casters are included. Looking for $200. PayPal preferred. Feel free to email with any questions.

Hi, how does the Magnum driver effect the sound and weight? It looks like the mids and highs are not there as compared to a Kappa or Delta driver according to the Eminence info.

    Thanks, Alan

The specs would seem to indicate that, but I have not found it to be a problem. It might be because the ends up being a slight dip around 2K before the tweeter kicks in, and this happens to be the exact dip in the Nathan East NE-1 box, which results in a smoother sound to me anyway. So, while technically you are right I have not found it to be a problem.

Are you shipping this or is it local?

    *edit

With how this is set up, would you recommend this cab for an overdriven bass sound? I would be coupling it with a 210 cab.

    Still available until otherwise stated.

    8 ohms

Looking to clear $200. Shipping to most of US is going to be around $30

Feel free to make an offer. Bear in mind, my motivation to sell is not based on needing cash, but the fact that it sits unused in my garage annoys me enough to let it go.

Sorry to waste your time on a $200 item. I am very interested, but I would like to know what the cab weighs.]
    Thanks.

I would estimate the weight at around 40lbs, give or take. Definitely not too heavy.

I just noticed the pic is gone. I think I accidentally deleted it with some other attachments. Will get another one up soon.
