This is a great bass, really nails that 70's Fender vibe. Killer slap sound, great finger tone also. In excellent condition, usual pickguard scratching from slap use.

Boogie..you would not be disappointed. They are great basses. I have an off white/yellow one thats a fabulous bass. They have a real jazz bass vibe, but with mondo-improvements. The neck is the best feature to me. It has fairly wide spacing and a nice flat, well shaped neck.

Yeah, the spacing is the only thing that will probably keep me off it. I'm a narrow-spacing guy all the way. Pete Hanewinckel's basses have ruined me for life! Great looking bass, tho. Somebody's gonna be REAL happy.

Bumpage for a killer looking bass. I keep seeing this one in my dreams! Man, I wish I could just try it out -- it's a bit too much cash to lay down without ever having test driven a Bentavente.....

Any LA TBers who have one who are willing to let me take theirs for a spin???

thanks for all the kind words guys. It is a great bass.

Like boogiebass, I've found that I prefer a narrow string spacing on 5'ers, so that's a large part of my reason for selling.
