This is the best J style bass I've ever owned. It's a stellar bass, but I need to move it out. It was a hit at summer NAMM 2011 and appeared in the September 2011 Premier Guitar magazine, page 154.

9.4lbs, comes with soft sided case. Bass would cost $1900 for John at Bluesman Vintage to replicate.

$1600 shipped in the lower 48.

See the links below for detailed pics and info.

Does this bass have a Jazz scale neck, or a P-Bass scale neck ?

I know John made one just like this with a P-Neck.

If I already did not have two B M V basses I'd be all over this.

    Let me correct myself.
    The P-neck Jazz had stack-knobs.
    Sorry.

    Two things:
    A) I never figured you would sell this one, buddy....
    B) I've done at least a dozen deals with Spiritfield, and you can't ask for a better seller.

To the top with this thread!

ok, I'm opening this one back up for sale. Recent health bills have required some changes.

    $1200 + shipping method/insurance of your choice.

Custom bass from one of the finest bass builders around, at an "off the rack" price.

Bump for a SMOKIN' bass at a great price. I wish this had 60's pup spacing... it would be mine!

    GLWTS
