I have for sale here two perfectly good pedals that look ugly as heck, so you get a bargain.

The first is a Fuchs Plush "Valve Job". This is an overdrive that uses clipping from a 12AX7 tube and a BIFET IC to mimic the "Dumble" drive tone. The overdrive is smooth and creamy. I modified it for bass, and while it is not a boomy dub monster, it does have a perfectly respectable low end now. It runs on 9V DC, and can be used with a daisy chain power supply like the Onespot. The foil tape on top is because it originally came with a thin plastic window over the tube, and that got damaged. The little gap in the upper right of the foil is where the LED shines through. Janky? You bet! The woodgrain dot sticker covers a hole where there used to be a pot. I ended up replacing the pot with a resistor, I don't recall why, but the value of the resistor was the ideal setting of the pot. Velcro on the bottom. Here's a little blurb about the pedal with a demo video of the stock version on guitar: http://www.effectsbay.com/2010/05/fuchs-valve-job-overdrive-pedal/ It went for $259 originally, so how about you get this one for $60 shipped in the US.

Next up is an EBS Billy Sheehan Drive. SOLD! This is the tool you want to mimic Sheehan's tone. It includes an OD that can dial up to stronger distortion, and a clean blend, and the ability to send the clean and the dirty channels each out through their own effects loop! Guaranteed mid scoop, you have to love mid scoop to love this pedal. The previous owner didn't care for the black-on-purple graphics that this pedal comes with, so he lovingly massacred it with a Sharpie and a paint pen. You might be able to return it to its original appearance, with the right kind of cleaning product. Velcro on the bottom. This one comes with the original box and instructions. It goes for $199 new, so you get it for $40 shipped. SOLD!

Let me know if you have any questions!
