I am selling my custom Sadowsky P/J bass, the body and neck from AllParts. The body is sunburst quilted top. Bass weights around 9 lbs.

    - Allpart Neck Jazz Bass (very comfortable to play), frets look great, no worn, bass has not been used much
    - Nut width is 1.5"
    - Gotoh solid bridge
    - Gotoh tuners
    - Sadowsky Active/passive pre-amp (9 volt battery), volume, pickup selection, trebble, bass, no VTC (vintage tone control), the VTC can be had for $75 from Sadowsky.
    - Sadowksy Ps pickups and J pickup (same as in the Sadowsky P/J bass)

The bass is in excelent condition, there is a small dent on the size, not deep into the wood, besides that it is in excellent condition.

There is a light crack near the tuner (as you can see in the picture). My luthier fixed it with glue and it will not crack anymore. It has no affect whatsoever.

This bass costs $1200 to put together. I sounds like a real Sadowsky. The bass has no problem, everything works perfectly, trust rod works great. Neck us straight and ready to be played. I need money so it has to go. No case or bag, but I will double box and ship to make sure that you get in the same condition as I ship it. Great bass for a fraction of a price of a Sadowsky. $675 shipped within the USA (please no trade). Paypal is OK. I can ship outside the USA if you pay actual cost of shipping.

    I was expecting a Sadowsky.

Then I saw it wasn't one.

    I was not disappointed though.

The title is a bit misleading. Nice bass though.

the title is very misleading. this is not a custom sadowsky, it's an Allparts bass/frankenbass.
