SOLD FS: Demeter HBP-1 tube preamp

    Selling my Demeter HBP-1 tube preamp. This is one of the finest bass tube preamps out there, and sounds wonderful. It has a great set of features including a defeatable 2 band fully parametric EQ, a switchable efx loop, balanced and unbalanced 1/4" out, XLR out, tuner out.

    It sounds great, very clean and warm. It kills me to have to sell it, but things are what they are. No issues at all, besides a little rack rash.

    $450 shipped in the CONUS

    I bet Tony Black would like that preamp......Bring it to the bass hang at his new studio next week.......I'd like to hear it myself, even though I don't have the cash to buy one. :-(

    If it's an open invite scenario, I'll spread the word around Henderson and Buncombe Counties.
    I know Tony would like that, b/c it'd draw in more students for him, and as you said, we could network w/ each other in terms of buying/selling/trading.
    You may not remember me, but I came out to your pad a few years back to check out that big cabinet you had for sale.
    You also let me play your F Bass, which was an interesting piece as well.

    Brett..........I'm always told I look kinda like Kid Rock........but I'm taller than he is, and I'm usually wearing an Oakland Raiders cap, shirt, or both.

    Oh, and my musical knowledge/chops need ALOT of work.:D

    While my Eden was at the shop a couple of weeks ago I took my HBP-1 out and hooked it up to a QSC PLX 1602 and really pushed some air with it. It is really a class build with a great sound.

    Bump for this formidable preamp.
