    hey all,

yes, the joker blowout continues... :crying:

FYI, i'm not gonna be gigging for the winter, so i'll be stock piling my home studio, and need to make the funds available.

you know the gear rawks, and few can touch the sweetness those boyz in toms river deliver. the iAMP head has been a LONG time fav o' mine, and the NL got a rave review in TommyB's latest and greatest
    2x10 comparative review.

HEAD IS NO LONGER FOR SALE

    the head
truth be told, as my goto gig bass head, i've gigged this sucker hard for 3.5 yrs. SOO hard in fact, recently, the transformer blew. but never fear, cause Gary of EA is here! he completely retooled it w/ a new transformer, and now, its practically brand new. heck, even has that new amp smell! does have a few scratches on the outer steel box, but nothing major. my particular model has the built in tuner w/ the serial effects loop. and dangnabbit, if i didnt wish all amps had a built in tuner. amazing how many times i've forgotten mine. comes w/ a tough cordura gig bag that has a slight tear where the zipper is, but still very usable.

    CAB IS SOLD

    the cab
the 4 ohm NL210 cab's speaker surrounds have been fully broken in, and sounds like a mutha! was never pushed beyond capacity cause i dont run w/ homies like that. and again, has been gigged, but if you can find a scratch, email me, cause i cant find one. ;) and lest not we forget the cool flip out handle on the bottom for easier carry, and a nice way to prop the cab upwards for those cramped stages. keep in mind, this cab is a speakon only affair, so no 1/4" or banana plugs here. also, comes w/ the uber nice thickly padded cordura cover. heck, even has a handy large pocket in the front!

asking $875 for the head, $675 for the cab. $1400 altogether.no trades at this time. buyer pays shipping, and paypal users pay half of the fee. pics forthcoming.

DO NOT PM ME. email me [email protected]. failure to do so will forfeit your bid. thx again.

and be sure, to stay tuned for more from the vaults o' Joker.

    +1 for the iamp800

    i got a iamp350 and i love it

  4. I'm really interested in the cab. Is this an older series NL210? From EA's website, it would appear the cab is 8ohms and has one 1/4" and 2 speakon inputs. What gives?

I believe that the NL210 and CXL all have 2 speakon now. I understand that Joker did order this cabinet as a 4 ohm.

and he is correct, Saaah! hence, the bold face type. ;)

i like my cabs to be small yet proud, and mama hollarin' loud.

An NL210 at 4 ohm. :bassist:

  8. Thanks Guys!
Now, how would that pair up with a CXL112? It sounds to me like the magic formula is the 8 ohm NL210 with the 8 ohm CXL112. If the NL210 is 4 ohm, it would get more power and the balance that was achieve between its 8 ohm brother and 112 might not be the same.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks,
    Rocky

A 4-ohm NL-210. This is completely unfair! Just when I thought I was done buying stuff. Just to let you know I'm thinking REALLY HARD about this.

I'll look at the dimensions, etc. on the EA site and send you an email.
