I have a pristine condition Gibson era Tobias Classic 6. See pictures below. There really are no imperfections other than possibly a couple very, very small shallow concave "dents". Instrument has been kept in its Tobias case always. Never dropped. Very well cared for.

I really do like the instrument and am only considering parting with it for two reasons. 1) I just don't really need the 6 strings and 2) I'm just not playing enough right now to justify it. Other priorities in life right now.

Everything is in top condition, all electronics work as expected and are super quiet. Neck is great. Seams, bookmatching, mounts, fretboard are all very, very nice.

I should have included information on the electronics.

    18 volt bartolini preamp
    Bartolini pups
    Bass boost and cut
Mid boost and cut with mid-cut boost switch
    Treble boost and cut
    pickup pan-pot
Push/pull slap eq on volume knob

    Very versatile config possibilities.

Woods are quilted maple - Wenge - Walnut with purple heart.

    34" scale with 24 frets.

Comes with Tobias hardshell case in excellent condition.

I don't have a mm measure handy but it is 11/16ths of an inch which I think translates to 18mm.

  10. That Bass really wants to come live with me and my other 6 strings - listen carefully and you will hear it tell you so :D

Looks like a potential trade arrangement fell through so bass is still available.

Is there a way to change the title of a thread? I'd like this thread to say FS/FT instead of just FS feeler...
